About

Office of Community Engagement

The Office of Community Engagement (OCE) promotes inclusive and supportive environments and strives to broaden and deepen community connection, engagement, and impact. OCE supports its internal community of students and alumni by administering experiential learning courses and offering supplemental professional development opportunities both in the field and in the classroom. Through partnerships with organizations from Little Rock to Tokyo, the office develops student-learning opportunities and strives to create a network of people and organizations working to ensure equity, eliminate injustice, and affect positive social change.

The Office of Community Engagement is led by Faculty Director Dr. Christy Standerfer. Hilary Trudell directs the local programs and regional outreach and Tiffany Jacob directs international programs and outreach.
