Fred Zeidman, chairman of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council, will give a Clinton School lecture about the lessons and legacy of the Holocaust. Zeidman will discuss the role of those ordinary public officials who followed the criminal orders of Nazi Germany, as well as those unsung heroes who defied those orders when genocide was not their responsibility to either carry out or stop. The Holocaust Memorial Council is the governing board of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C.
