LITTLE ROCK -- In partnership with the Arkansas Committee on Foreign Relations, the Clinton School will host a public lecture and book signing with retired General Wesley Clark, whose new book, A Time to Lead: For Duty, Honor and Country, sets forth a need for change and a new direction for America.

This free event will be on Tuesday, October 16 at 6:00 p.m. at the Clinton School. To RSVP attendance, email publicprograms@clintonschool.uasys.edu, or call 501-683-5239. The book signing will follow a lecture from Clark.

A Little Rock native, Clark is also author of the best selling books Waging Modern War and Winning Modern War.
